We know choosing care is a big decision. That’s why we’ve answered some of the most common questions to give you clarity, peace of mind, and confidence in our services.
Not necessarily. For roles like Care Assistant or Support Worker, we welcome applicants who are new to care but have a genuine passion for helping others. For more specialist roles—like Complex Care Nurse or Dementia Care Specialist—previous experience or clinical qualifications may be required.
We offer a mix of flexible part-time and full-time shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight. For Live-In Care roles, carers stay with clients for set periods. Each position (e.g., Palliative Care Assistant, Outreach Support Worker) will specify shift expectations in the job listing.
It varies by role. For example, Care Assistants and Support Workers typically have permanent or part-time contracts, while Reablement Carers or Respite Care Assistants may work on short-term or flexible contracts depending on client needs.
Many roles, especially Outreach Support Worker or Community Care Assistant, require travel to multiple locations, so access to a vehicle and a full driving licence is often essential. For Live-In Care or centrally based roles, this may not be required.
Absolutely. Whether you start as a Care Assistant or Learning Disability Support Worker, we offer clear pathways to advance into senior roles, gain further qualifications (such as NVQs in Health & Social Care), or specialise in areas like dementia or complex care.
